Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Score mobile app (the “App”), provided by Squatchfoot Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

Adults only

Score is intended for adults 18 and over. By using the App you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

It’s a scoreboard, for fun

Score is a personal, private self-tracker for entertainment. It is not medical, safer-sex, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or your own good judgment. You’re responsible for your own choices.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app store’s terms.

Your content

Everything you log stays on your device and is yours. You’re responsible for it, and for keeping your device secure. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Subscriptions & billing

If we offer a paid “Season Pass,” it will be billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play on the terms shown at purchase (which may include auto-renewing options). You can manage or cancel any subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the App: no reverse-engineering, no interfering with its operation or security, and no using it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The App and its content — text, graphics, the Score name and mark — are owned by Squatchfoot Media or its licensors and protected by law. Don’t copy, distribute, or make derivative works without our permission.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squatchfoot Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the App means you accept the changes. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
