Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Score is built to be private — that’s the whole point. This policy explains, plainly, what the Score app does and doesn’t do with your information.

Everything lives on your device

Your entries, streaks, stats, and notes are stored only on your phone. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers holding your data. We can’t see it, because it never reaches us.

Patterns, never people

Score tracks your own activity, not anyone else’s. It has no place for partner names, photos, or contacts, and it can’t import them. Entries are abstract by design — a tile type, an optional category, a rating, and tags — so there’s no database of other people to store or share.

No location, no ads, no tracking

  • No GPS or coordinates — “location” is only a category you tap (like home, theirs, or a trip).
  • No advertising identifiers and no ad tracking.
  • No third-party analytics collecting your activity.

Private notes stay private

Any private note you attach to an entry is for your eyes only and is never included in a share or export. Sharing a recap only ever uses a small set of abstract, whitelisted stats.

Optional features you control

  • Reminders. If you turn on the daily reminder, it’s a local notification scheduled on your device — nothing is sent to a server.
  • App lock. You can require Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to open Score. That check happens on your device.

Purchases

If we add a paid “Season Pass,” purchases will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play through our payments provider. We never see or store your card details.

Adults only; not health advice

Score is intended for adults 18 and over. It’s a personal scoreboard for fun — it is not medical, safer-sex, or health advice, and it isn’t a substitute for professional care.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
